Extreme Pressure Lubricant (EP LUBE)

Extreme Pressure Lubricant EP LUBE is a general purpose lubricant that reduces the coefficient of friction, and decreases the torque, drag and bit/stabilizer balling in all water‐base fluids. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the wall cake, EP LUBE additive minimizes the possibility of differential sticking. EP LUBE additive is effective in extended reach, deviated and horizontal wellbores.

Corrosion Inhibitor

Corrosion Inhibitor is a specially formulated to protect ferrous metals and equipment from corrosive solutions containing more than 500 ppm of chloride.

Polyanionic Cellulose (Low Viscous Garde) or PAC-L

PAC-L is a pure grade polyanionic cellulose polymer, a water based filtration controller which provides low viscosity.

Rig Wash Heavy Duty

RIG WASH HD is an Environmentally Friendly non-polluting liquid detergent of Ionic and Non Ionic Surfactants designed for Rig wash and Platform Cleaning and General Purpose Rig Cleaning application and Specialized Cutting wash applications in Oil Based Mud Systems. It is a special aqueous blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants equally effective regardless of makeup water, whether it is fresh or saturated salt water. It works as a Heavy Duty Degreaser and Detergent.

VPrime Clean Bore

VPRIME Clean Bore Fiber is a drilling fluid additive, that when added to a drilling mud, increases the suspension and hole cleaning ability of the drilling fluid. Introduced in a pill or slug form, Clean Bore does not increase any viscosity of the drilling fluids but it is a true borehole cleaning agent.

Drill Foam

Drill FOAM is a safe, water soluble, proprietary blend of anionic, non-ionic, amphoteric surfactants. It is designed to produce high performance foam with excellent solid carrying capacity. It is effective in fresh, brackish and hard water as well as salt water.

Drilling starch

Drilling starch is non-ionic corn, tapioca based polymers for use in all water-based drilling, completion and stimulation fluids. Drilling starch is extensively used as an additive to prevent the seepage of soil filtrates into the wells in all types of water based drilling fluid systems by increasing the viscosity of the drilling mud and reducing the fluid loss by sealing the walls of the Borehole. High-quality biocide added to resist against bacterial and enzymatic degradation.

The High Temperature Drilling starch

The High Temperature Drilling starch is a polymer derived from the unmodified starch including amylopectin content. It has epichlorohydrin and has a viscosity which to reach to the maximum value. This starch has fermentation stability and can be hydroxy-propylated. It gives enhanced high-temperature fluid loss performance when works in combination with drilling fluids. The High Temperature Drilling starch is also used in other applications. Offered with a high-temperature tolerance, it is apt for drilling, work-over, or completion fluid loss and works as a control additive appropriate for its utilization in high temperatures. It has optimal use in all water-based drilling, stimulation, and completion fluids. This starch can meet all industrial standards.

CHS – Polyamine

c. CHS – Polyamine is a liquid clay stabilizer used in polymer base drilling fluids. Vprime Chspolyamine serves as an effective clay stabilizer / KCl substitute for the smectite, illite, and mixed-layer clay minerals, those commonly found in formations. It prevents water uptake by clays, and by providing superior cuttings integrity effectively inhibits shale or gumbo clays from hydrating and minimizes the potential for bit balling. The product is compatible with most drilling fluid additives and is especially suited for use in freshly prepared, low-solids polymer systems.

Drag Reducer

Reducing drag and improving turbulent flow through pipelines is necessary for production optimization. Vprime Drag Reducers are a cost-effective way to reduce friction and turbulence in a pipeline, thereby allowing the crude oil to flow more efficiently. This non-hazardous flow improver maximizes pumping efficiency and increases throughput and flow rate in the pipeline. The product reduces the loss of energy due to friction as fluid travels through the pipeline. Drag-reducing agents allow higher throughput without additional pumps and allow earlier ramp-down of pump stations as throughput declines.
